Refund Policy

Please read instructions on refunds and exchanges.  Refund and exchange policy are strictly enforced.  Failure to follow policy can result in your refund or exchange being denied.  Above all else, please ensure you are purchasing the correct item PRIOR to purchase.


Downloadable Products

Downloadable products include eBooks, videos, graphics, etc. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and no refunds are accepted.  Please be sure that you are purchasing the correct product prior to purchase.


Physical Products

To be eligible for refund, you must contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.  Defective products must be returned for inspection before any refunds are issued.  Customer service will provide the instructions on how to proceed including address where to ship product.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  After contacting customer service, there will be 14 days to return the product for inspection.  Time is of the essence.  Any product not received back within 30 days following delivery will not be approved for refund or exchange.  Any product sent to us WITHOUT customer service approval and any products received after 30 days from delivery will be automatically rejected for refunds.  The product will be held and you will be contacted.  At that time, you will receive an invoice for return shipping if you would like to receive the product back.  You can expect a minimum charge of $10 for return shipping.  Upon payment of invoice, the product will be returned to you.  If you choose not to proceed, you can choose to have us discard the product.
